		MIGHTY METHYL B-12 The Coenzyme form of Vitamin B-12 is known as Methylcobalamin or Methyl B-12. This form of Vitamin B-12 directly participates in homocysteine metabolism. In recent years, high levels of homocysteine have been found to be associated with an increased risk of atherosclerosis. Vitamin B-12 assists in converting homocysteine to methionine which increases the supply of SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine).
